Welcome to Jai Laxmi Vilas Palace. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, online room reservation services and payments made through the Razorpay Payment Gateway. By making a reservation or completing a payment, you agree to these terms.

1. Hotel Reservations

• Room reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Jai Laxmi Vilas Palace.
• Guests must provide accurate details, including their name, mobile number, email address, check-in date, check-out date and number of guests.
• The applicable room tariff, taxes and additional charges, where applicable, will be displayed or communicated before payment.
• Special offers and promotional packages are subject to their stated conditions and availability.
• A booking confirmation will be issued after successful payment verification and confirmation by the hotel.

2. Online Payment Through Razorpay

• We accept online payments through Razorpay and the payment methods made available at checkout.
• All displayed prices and payments are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless expressly stated otherwise.
• A payment receipt or transaction reference does not, by itself, guarantee a confirmed booking. Confirmation is subject to successful payment verification and room availability.
• If your account is debited but your booking is not confirmed, please contact the hotel with your payment reference number.
• Jai Laxmi Vilas Palace does not store customers’ complete card details, CVV or online banking credentials on its website.
• Payment processing is subject to the applicable terms and security procedures of Razorpay and the relevant financial institution.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Standard check-in and check-out timings will be communicated by the hotel at the time of booking.
• Guests must present valid identification documents at check-in, as required by applicable law.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
• Additional guests, extra beds and other special requests may incur extra charges.

4. Cancellation and Modification

• Requests to cancel or modify a reservation must be communicated directly to Jai Laxmi Vilas Palace through the contact details provided on our website.
• Cancellation charges, refund eligibility and modification conditions will depend on the booking type, applicable rate plan and cancellation policy communicated before payment.
• Non-refundable promotional bookings, if expressly identified at the time of booking, may not qualify for a refund except where required by applicable law.
• Changes to dates, room categories or guest details are subject to availability and any applicable price difference.

5. Refund Policy

• Eligible refunds will be initiated after the hotel verifies the cancellation or the relevant payment issue.
• Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.
• The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account depends on the payment provider, bank or card issuer.
• In the event of a duplicate payment or a payment deduction without a confirmed booking, the hotel will verify the transaction and take appropriate corrective action.
• Any applicable cancellation deductions must be disclosed in the booking policy and applied accordingly.

6. No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and has not cancelled the reservation in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy, the booking may be treated as a no-show. Any charges or refund eligibility will be governed by the policy disclosed at the time of booking.

7. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must comply with hotel rules, safety requirements and applicable laws.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by them or members of their group.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation where legally justified, including cases involving invalid identification, unlawful activity or serious violations of hotel policies.

8. Website Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep room descriptions, facilities, tariffs and promotional offers accurate. However, rates and availability may change. A reservation is governed by the rate and terms applicable at the time the booking is confirmed.

9. Privacy and Security

Personal information collected during reservations and payment processing will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Payment transactions may involve Razorpay, banks and other authorised payment service providers for processing and verification.

Customers should never share their OTP, PIN, CVV or banking passwords with hotel staff.

10. Limitation of Liability

Jai Laxmi Vilas Palace will make reasonable efforts to provide the booked accommodation and services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

For booking, payment, cancellation or refund-related concerns, please contact the hotel using the contact details below. We will review complaints and work towards a fair resolution in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, to the extent legally permissible.

12. Changes to These Terms

Jai Laxmi Vilas Palace may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The latest version published on our website will apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and any booking terms already agreed with the customer.
